Course Overview: Welcome to our comprehensive online program offering the Ijāzah in Ḥafṣ Riwāyah Qur’ānic Reading.

Ijāzah: A Tradition of Excellence In this meticulously crafted program, we uphold the cherished tradition of Ijāzah, characterized by its well-defined structure and systematic approach. Led by the expert guidance of Ustadh Uthman, students will not only delve into the theoretical underpinnings of Tajwīd but also receive comprehensive training in Ijāzah reading.

Path to Ijāzah To earn this prestigious certification, students are required to register for and successfully complete the following courses. These courses will be undertaken in parallel with the Ijāzah reading process:

1. TAJ01 Course (Online)
2. TAJ02 Course (Online)
3. TAJ03 Course (Online)

Four Phases of Ijāzah Reading During the Ijāzah reading journey, students will traverse through four progressive phases, each building upon the previous:

1. Foundation Phase (Sep-Nov): Focusing on mastering accurate letter pronunciation, vowel sounds, and cultivating fluency.

2. Build Phase (Dec–Feb): Immersing in the intricate rules of Tajwīd and their practical application.

3. Strength Phase (Mar–May): Enhancing fluency while engaging in extensive Qur’ānic reading.

4. Sprint Phase (Jun – Aug): The pinnacle phase where students, concentrate on completing the recitation of the entire Qur’ān.

Enrollment Requirements The only prerequisite for enrollment in this program is a relatively fluent recitation of the Qur’ān. This ensures that all participants can fully engage and excel in the course.

Assessment and Completion The course culminates in two possible paths:

• If students choose to enroll in the Variant Readings course upon completion, no final exams will be administered.
• For those concluding their studies with the attainment of the Tajwīd Ijāzah, a single written exam will be conducted.
