Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our course at www.criticalloyalty.com, operated by 9409602 Canada Inc. Please read our refund policy carefully.

For Courses:
To be eligible for a refund, you must email admin@criticalloyalty.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase or upon completing the second class, whichever comes first. After 14 days or the completion of the second class, we will not provide a refund.

For Ijazah Classes and any monthly subscription course:

  1. To be eligible for a refund, you must email admin@criticalloyalty.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase or upon completing the second class whichever comes first. After 14 days or the completion of the second class, we will not be able to provide a refund for that month since you have already attended two weeks of the course. Upon contacting admin@criticalloyalty.com, we will stop your subscription from the next month.
  2. If you are already on the subscription and monthly payment plan, and have completed a few months already, our cancellation policy requires that you inform us one month in advance. We cannot return the payment if you inform us after your payment came out, but we will cancel the next month’s subscription. You will need to contact admin@criticalloyalty.com.

The money will be refunded to your original payment method during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
